Having a problem with one of your appliances?

Here you can browse the most common alerts to fix faults quickly yourself.

• Check the correct connection to the electric power supply.
• Check the correct electrical voltage parameters according to the product specifications (check the instruction manual or serial number plate placed on the bottom left side near the control board).
• The electrical connection in case of power supply 380-400 Volt needs to show the three-phases + neutral + grounding and all the phases must be functioning.

Make sure that once the temperature is set, the cooking cycle has been activated by setting a time, otherwise the cycle does not start (check the instruction manual).

• Check the correct connection to the water line.
• Connection to the water line must be open.
• Check the correct water pressure according to the instruction manual.
• Check if there are external filters (not installed on the oven). They must be clean and functioning
• Check the correct setting of the steam function / parameters, at the same time chimneys flap must be in closed position. The flap in open position inhibits steam function even if steam function has been set (check the instruction manual).

Power failure alarm troubleshooting:
• Check the device-power supply connection.
Main consequences:
• If the alarm occurs when the device is turned on or off, after the power supply is restored the device will shut down.
• If the alarm occurs during a baking cycle and the interruption lasts less than the time set (240min), after the power supply is restored the cycle will be repeated from the beginning of the stage during which the interruption had occurred (if vice versa, the interruption lasts over than the time set, after the power supply is restored the cycle will be interrupted).

User interface-control module communication error troubleshooting:
- check user interface-control module connection
Main consequences:
- if the alarm occurs when the device is running, no baking cycle can be started
- if the alarm occurs during a baking cycle, there will be no consequences

Maximum temperature alarm troubleshooting:
- check the temperature detected by the chamber probe
- main consequences: none

Operating temperature alarm troubleshooting:
- check the operation temperature of the control module; see parameter A4 main
Consequences:
- if the alarm occurs when the device is running, no baking cycle can be started.
- if the alarm occurs during a baking cycle, the cycle will be interrupted.
- the vent will open, the fan of the technical compartment will be started and the remaining outputs will be switched off.

Door micro input alarm troubleshooting:
- check the causes that have led to the input activation;
main consequences:
- if the alarm occurs during a baking cycle, the temperature adjustment output, the fan and the steam injection output will be off, and the vent will open.

Fan thermal protection input alarm troubleshooting:
- check the causes that have led to the input activation;
main consequences:
- if the alarm occurs during a baking cycle, the temperature adjustment output and the fan will be switched off

Electrical absorption input alarm troubleshooting:
- check the causes that have led to the input activation
main consequences:
- if the alarm occurs during a baking cycle, the outputs will be switched off

Boiler alarm the water does not reach the minimum level troubleshooting:
• Check the boiler inlet.
Main consequences:
• The temperature adjustment output will be disabled.

Steam suppression probe alarm troubleshooting:
• check the boiler inlet.
Main consequences:
• the temperature adjustment output will be disabled.

Steam suppression probe alarm troubleshooting:
• Same as for the previous case but related to the steam suppression probe
Main consequences:
• The steam suppression output will be switched off

Control module communication alarm - boiler expansion module
Troubleshooting:
• check the control module - boiler expansion module connection
Main consequences:
• all boiler adjustments will be disabled

Boiler safety alarm troubleshooting:
• check the causes that have led to the main input activation
Main consequences:
• all boiler adjustments will be disabled

Burner blocked alarm troubleshooting:
• check the causes that have led to the blocking of the burner.
Main consequences:
• the chamber burner / boiler is disabled.

Chamber burner / boiler alarm troubleshooting:
• check if the related centrifugal fan works properly, check the feedback given by the hall sensor and the parameters b5/B6 (chamber) or B12/B13 (boiler).
Main consequences:
• the chamber burner / boiler is disabled
