Pastry Queen 2016 will work with YESOVENS during SIGEP

A special guest will wait for you at YESOVENS stand during next SIGEP: the international pastry queen will be the Chef of our stand from 23 to 25/01.

 

The twenty-seven Silvia Federica Boldetti, born in Turin living in Bologna, has been crowned "Pastry Queen 2016", last January in Rimini, during the women's world championship of pastry that takes place every two years at SIGEP.

It will be a unique opportunity to see the work of one of the greatest Italian pastry talents and appreciate the quality of our ovens even in the most sophisticated applications.
