YESOVENS attended the course "Mignon Pastry with Chocolate" by Massari Team

The oven MOOD chosen in Ferrara-Italy stage with the champion Francesco Boccia


On 6 and 7 September the MOOD oven was used during the course "Mignon Pastry with Chocolate " in Ferrara with the World’s Champion of Pastry, Francesco Boccia.
The event is part of a program full of courses run by Massari team, a pastry chefs team that, under the name of the father of the modern Italian pastry, Iginio Massari, brings together artists like Diego Crosara, World’s Champion of ice cream in 2012 and 2016, and the trio with Fabrizio Donatone, Emmanuele Forcone and Francesco Boccia, Gold Medals of the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2015, in Lyon.
The World’s Champions of pastry and ice cream by Massari Team are going round Italy from June 2016 to November to transfer secrets, knowledge and techniques of their Pastry Art to a large audience made by professionals and not only.
In Ferrara, at Multiservice, Francesco Boccia gave a lesson on the Mignon Pastry with Chocolate using for his recipes a MOOD oven that, thanks to its technology, gave an important support to the pastry chef master during all delicate operations.
